Journaling: This woman didn’t know it, because I didn’t want her to think I was stalking her, but I took her photo (a few times) and watched her during breakfast because I thought she was just beautiful. She was stylish and fit, which caught my eye, but more importantly she seemed like a genuinely kind, happy, and peaceful person. I didn’t ever want to forget her, because I’d really like to be her when I’m her age. It would have been nice to be able to tell her that she’s an inspiration to me, and she probably wouldn’t have thought I was too weird, but there’s always a chance that it would have scared her. I certainly didn’t want to do that, so I just took my photos, smiling to myself all the while. (Stanley Baking Company, 8/10/13)
