The staples are from the By Fairest Blood collection by Wendy Tunison (https://store.gingerscraps.net/By-Fairest-Blood.html), and the brown cardstock is from the Master Chef collection by Trixie Scraps.
The B&W photo in the center is bordered by a black frame (underneath), black patterned paper, and decorated with one desaturated element from the kit. The rest of the layout is in color.
