The old saying: The older you get the faster time goes by seems oh so true to me now. I never seem to have enough time to do everything I want to do. Maybe I'm just not organized enough to get it all done. After becoming a widow a little more than 5 years ago, I've had to make my own decisions about everything. Thank goodness I have always had a head for finances. I pick up the grand kids a couple of times a week from school, and stay with them until their Mom gets home. I am taking care of my Mother-in Law who has Alzheimers and doesn't even know who I am. I have a small wholesale candle business that keeps me super busy during the holiday months, and Thanksgiving dinner always sneaks up on me. I love to scrapbook, and would rather sit in front of my computer than do housework. Believe me, my house could use a little housework. I am constantly telling my son's-in-laws to slow down and smell the roses, but I think maybe I need to take my own advice.
