Photo and Journaling by Kasie (my sister): We went downtown to the Circle so the kids could send their letters to Santa, and we just happened to see the reindeer. We walked around drinking hot chocolate and looking at the lights. (The Monument is decorated with 4,784 colored lights, 52 garland strands, 52 larger-than-life decorations, and has been for 51 yrs.)
