My Brother and his family and our family have been going to the gym for the last month every night for a few hours. We were challenged to do Flex Friday pictures last week.. This is my youngest Kassi (15) She may be small but she is Dynamite!!

Love how you have compossed this LO, the kit works really well for 'Flex Friday'. Those big blue flowers at the bottom are great!

Awesome photo! She sure has some muscle going there. Love the dark background with the wonderful stamps and tape strips. Great spattering on the frame, too.
