My journaling reads:

This is Steve about to eat a X X X L German Hot Dog. It was so long that it broke in half before he had chance to eat it so he was left with half in the bun and the other half in his hand. It didn't stop him though and he finished all of it. It was so good that we have said we will have to have this again next year...

Love the stitching on the stacked paper and the way you tucked the paper behind the frame for the journaling. The scallop edge paper in the stack is great for visual interest.
