journaling: I can’t live in denial any longer. No more “easy road” for me. People had warned me that when I hit my mid-30’s, my body and metabolism would undergo some severe change, but I truly did not think that it would happen to me. Well. It did. My pleasure snacking and lack of exercise has finally caught up to me. I now have to decide if I embrace the extra rolls and buy larger clothes or if I push myself to workout, knowing that I will be miserable for a time, but oh so thankful come swimsuit season.
