Joe's Easter Egg Hunt Riddle #8

This is riddle #8 from the first season of the digital Easter egg hunt conducted by the local newspaper where riddles are given to locations around town where eggs are "hidden" and you have to figure out where they are.

Riddle #8 

Where over bricks the tourists crawl 

And there's no place to park at all, 

We hid an egg and took some pain 

To give it shelter from the rain. 

Seek it where the waters swirl, 

Beneath a barefoot little girl.
