The stacked papers supporting the photo are great with the pattern in the white space. The banner crossing the bottom of the photo with the wonderful cluster is fabulous.
I love your background work here with all the layers and blending. The netting and paper mats also look fabulous behind the sparkling photo of the boats lined up at this marina. I love boating, and your layout is a great example of the orderliness of this sporting way of life.
