I love the blue and orange combo right off the bat! #1. Next, I really like the photo treatment. That's #2. I like the emphasis on "Me" and Teacher" in the title. #3. Finally, I'm crazy about the scale (i.e., the tools, washers, and gears being oversized). #4 ... Altogether a great layout!
