Love the colour palette! The B&W pic goes very well with this palette..good decision. I love the layering and your use of the string. The scalloped laced edging also looks very good.
I like the page composition with everything being placed in the center. Very nice clustering and I like the lacey scalloped edges. The scattered stars and paint spats are a nice touch.
