30 October 2015. Here I go again! It seems as if all my life has been an ongoing war against my weight! I’ve won some battles, haven’t I, but over time I have always been the loser....sigh! This week I’ve bought myself a Fitbit in one more campaign to lose weight and get fit. I have hopes...but then I always do! Maybe this time I will win and the svelte new me will emerge ? Here is hoping...

Love the stacked papers on the side and the great print behind your fabulous extracted photo. The font for journaling is wonderful with the alpha title.

Amen, sista! BUT....I noticed something in your photo....you have yourself helping you along the way (your shadow of your hand....). I love this - and the paper strips along the side is just wonderful!
