journaling: We stopped to have apples at the zoo and another family passed by and chased the Peacock. It ran from them and when they got close to us I told the kids that the zoo would kick them out for being mean to the animals. I don't think the peacock understood, but it did seek refuge close to us after. My boys really liked that!
