Journaling: I completely crack myself up. I had shown Brooklyn this idea for a room decoration to hang 4 or 5 favorite polaroid-type photos from a line with some greenery at both ends. She showed some interest, but didn/t jump on the idea. So when she was out running an errand, I started working on it to surprise her. She came back, but didn/t go to her room. Then, I came up with this idea to use four photos of me, just to be funny. She was hanging out in the family room while I finished it up (I just snuck into her room). It took her hours to see what I had done. The suspense just about killed me! But seeing her go to her room, then turn right around with a huge smile on her face made it all worth it. I thought she would immediately take them down, but it/s been a few months, and they/re still there.
