Interesting layout! I've been eating better than I ever have (no sugar, lots of veggies, fish and tofu, etc.) for the several months now and feel great! I like the B&W split paper, though I had difficulty in reading the journaling. I also like the Press/Pause/Think block and the cute cluster next to it. Smile
