Journalling reads:
When a new grandchild is born to the Melbourne grandparents, they have a special
ceremony at the farm where they plant a new tree to honour the arrival of the latest family member.  The trees are always eucalypts and of a variety that is native to the area.  This photo of Jack and his special tree was captured quite a few years ago and both he and the tree have grown very tall since that day.  Last year, there was great excitement when Jack discovered that a koala had come to visit and feed in his tree.
