Journalling reads: February was a month of change, of happiness and heartache. We said our final goodbyes to David, remembered Chris, 20 years later, and celebrated “Ohana.” Karen came from Cancun, via Nashville. Mark flew in from Hilo and Lynnette arrived from California. We stayed with Dayne and Keline (David’s father and stepmother) and met up with many of David’s brothers and sisters. It was lovely to meet up with family after all these years, but sad that the reason was a final ‘Aloha’ to a beautiful soul.
