Every year the Chamber of Commerce sponsors “Scarecrow Row” on Main Street in Alachua. Businesses “buy” space and put up a scarecrow display according to the yearly theme; this year it was “Hometown Halloween”.
Capital City Bank apparently had a problem with ghosts taking over the bank this year. They had to call in a “Ghost Buster” to take care of the skeleton teller, flying ghosts, and the goblin manning the “Loans” table.
