“After Ragnar, I thought it would be fun to do a 5K as a family. We just happened to receive a flyer for a Utah State University Alumni 5K for our county. Perfect! We gathered together on one of the only non-rainy days of the entire spring time. BriAnna, Makynlee and Tessa walked most of it in the non-competetive part of the race while Daryl, Jaiden and I ran. Jaiden finished in 24 minutes! We all finished strong and got to enjoy some yummy Aggie Ice Cream and meet Big Blue when it was over. Way to go Crook family! We are doing hard things!”
