Journaling reads: This is the entrance to the Clinton Presidential Park Bridge which is also known as the Railway Bridge. It was renovated and completed in 2011 and is 1614 feet long. It is a pedistrian and cyclist bridge which connects Little Rock to North Little Rock over the Arkansas River. One side is at the Clinton Memorial Library and the other leads to the river trails.
