Octagon cutout again I searched over google and traced the path on photoshop. Also used the polygon tool to make the lined octagons.
Journal says: My happy place is where we are together, where we can laugh until both sides of our lungs get numb, where we can be ourselves, where we can just spazz over our likings and cry together over our heartbreaks. My happy place is where you two are. You are not only just my dear cousins but my bestfriends the ones that know me the most, the ones who never fail to make me laugh and cry at the same time.

So marvelously done. I couldn't find a good octogon pattern either! At least it wasnt to hard to make. This is so marvelous; love the lifted segment and beautiful use of your title. Really well done!

Great page design! I love your creativity! The way you separated your piece of the octagon from the rest really brings the focus to your photo. I like the text-on-a-path, too!

WOW- you took octagon to a whole new level. Amazing creativity to design your own shapes. The journaling path around the shape is fantastic, especially to go around the cutout portion. I like the choice of white background with all the other colorful papers and elements. Wonderfully done!
