Journaling: It rained all morning, then the sun came out just as Jacob’s class was headed out for Water Day at the end of his 4th grade school year. It ended up being a gorgeous day and God blessed us with this view of one of his most magestic creations. A rainbow. And although you cannot see it in this photo, it was actually a circular rainbow! It completely wrapped around the sun in a ring of light and color. It was amazing and I will try not to take these moments for granted. The warmth of the sun, the beauty of the rainbow, my not quite perfect vision that allows me to see it, and the wonder I experience that reminds me I’m fully alive. A small joy in the midst of a busy day. A rainbow.
