I normally scrap 12x12, but my cookbook is 8x10 which is what this layout is.
French's Fried Onion Chicken
2 cups French's Original Fried Onions
2 tbsp all purpose flour
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten (add seasoning you like to the egg wash: salt, garlic, cayenne, or dijon mustard)
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. Place French Fried Onions and flour in a plastic bag, lightly crush. Dip chicken into beaten egg, then roll in onion/flour mix, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken in baking dish. Any extra onion mixture, sprinkle evenly over chicken and press firmly so it will stick. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts, until no longer pink in the center.
