Very Berry Cheesecake Cups (The Cleveland Plain Dealer)
2 1/4 cups crushed cinnamon graham crackers(about 9)
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup strawberry preserves
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound strawberries, hulled
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup almonds

Mix cream cheese, preserves and vanilla in medium bowl with a fork until blended. Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons of graham cracker crumbs in each of 8 dessert cups, and save remaining crumbs. Add the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs evenly over cream cheese mixture and gently press down with a spatula. Place one whole strawberry in the middle of each cup on top then place two half strawberries on either side. Top with cinnamon.
