Journaling: From early Summer clear into the Fall, my roses are one of my favorite things in my yard. Admittedly, I can take little credit for their beauty. I don’t care for them like I know you should, and yet they stubbornly bloom each season, showing off the wardrobe provided by God, brightening the canvas of the front of the house with color, depth and wonder. They are amazing and if I really stop to think about it, they are miraculous. Yep, I love my roses. November, 2011
