Recipe for a Happy Husband
Walnut-Cranberry-Spelt sourdough Bread
5 cups well fluffed whole spelt flour
1 1/2 cup Water
3 Tablespoons Honey
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Starter
Use the stretch and fold technique,
to rise 2 times and 3rd time transfer to proofing baskets. After 3rd rise, bake in clay baking pots for 35 minutes @450 with lid on and then 10 minutes with lid off, let cool.
Results: one very happy husband!
