Journaling - This lily pond is nestled in amongst the various types of bamboo
which are found in the Bamboo Garden. This garden is one of the 28
different specialty gardens which make up Quail Gardens, the San
Diego Bontanic Garden. The site which lies just north of San Diego
was originally a farm and later became the private residence of an avid
plant collector and naturalist.
