I like the eyechart/wordart placed by the bottom photo. I also like the bubbles by the top photo. My younger son got his first pair a year ago and he failed the school test too.

Fantastic use of the template! The wrinkled background is great with the white Journaling, [much easier to read]. What a cute idea to make a WA tag from the test board!
