Oh Ricki, you can totally do it! I smoked for 7 years (sounds crazy since I am only 26 now!) and I quit a year ago. I just stopped because I started taking medicine that interacts badly with cigarette smoking. I put them down the same day and never started up again! I have had a handful (maybe 6 total) since then, but I'm no longer a SMOKER! I'm crossing my fingers for you that you succeed!

You CAN do it! My e-cig (or anti smoking device) is my friend. I love that you repeated the goal over and over because you will have to choose OVER and over to Not smoke so you can reach it. The papers stacked with the round papers layered in looks wonderful and the beveling on the paper is fantastic.

This is an awesome goal. I love how you repeated it many times. Lots of support needed and good luck. I too was a smoker. Have been smoke free for 14+ years. You can do this and good luck.
