I fell off the wagon for Fall 2012 and I’m ready to get back on. I feel better emotionally and physically when I exercise regularly which does my family a favor too! The kids need to get moving too, it’s hard to find time with their full schedules. Jan 21 we carved out time and went for a bike ride to the beach and then spent the afternoon walking and playing and enjoying the fresh air. We worked out and had fun! Love the background and ho you did the title. Great pic and how wonderful to do a family bike ride. So wish we lived in a warmer climate. It hasn't been above freezing in a week
