Journaling reads;
For 2013 I made a resolution to get moving again. I fell off the wagon for Fall 2012 and I’m ready to get back on. I feel better emotionally and physically when I exercise regularly which does my family a favor too! The kids need to get moving too, it’s hard to find time with their full schedules. Jan 21 we carved out time and went for a bike ride to the beach and then spent the afternoon walking and playing and enjoying the fresh air. We worked out and had fun!
