Journaling: Michael and Lauren decided to have a family get-together to reveal the sex of the baby. Earlier in the week, when she had a sonogram, Lauren asked the nurse to write the sex of the baby on a piece of paper and put it in an envelope. Lauren took the envelope to the bakery, unopened. the bakery then created a cake - blue for a boy and pink for a girl, not to be known until the cake was cut.


We were unable to be in Atlanta for the party, so we hooked up the web cam and watched the cutting of the cake. And
