My DH and I in front of Niagara Falls. I layered parts of the photo over top of one another and tucked ellies in between. I also pieced background papers and overlays to line up the skyline/water-line in the photo. Just playin'.

This is just fabulous! I love the extraction and the back of the photo placed on several pieces. I like the red ribbon winding between layers and the maple leaf and the snowflakes and the icicles and...it's just a fantastic page!

Thanks so much Nani. You're very kind. I didn't extract anything though. This is one photo of my hubby and myself with Niagara Falls in the background. (We only live a half hour away, lol). I just layered parts of the photo over top of one another and tucked ellies in between. I'll edit my description.

I love the effect of layering those photos! Awesome! I also like the icicles!

The layering definitely gives the illusion of an extraction. I still love the page and added it to this week's Baker's Best!

Thanks very much gals. And Nani - what a surprise ... thank you so much for the BB nomination. This was a variation I did on a Photo Editing Challenge, using a photo tiling technique - I made it up as I went along because I don't have PS and had to figure out how to do it in PSP, lol. It was fun. (PS: I sent the challenge link to you.)

Congrats on the nomination, Arlene! Love the way you tucked the elements in between the layers. Nice take on the challenge.
