Fabulous photos! I love the gold frame and trim. I'm especially fond of the ornate gold trim with the red on the borders. Nice page! (and congrats on the apartment!)

Love the trim you used along the paper stack and the way the red pops. The dot frame around the pictures and the one slightly large overlapping is fabulous together.

Beautiful layout! I love the paper colors and how you layered them. The embossed edge on the beige paper looks awesome! I love the pops of red too!
