A Baptist church sits uphill and across a small ditch from a Jewish synagogue. There has always been a small foot bridge across the ditch between the two, but when I stopped there today, I saw that a sign had been added after the Pittsburgh shooting.
I live in a fairly accepting and diverse community. This is just one example of how we reach out to each other in love.
