OMG I used to be obsessed too when I was young...my Mom got me my first kit and I used to have those little yarns all over the place! Very cool page and thanks for the memory.
I do believe that latch hooking was one of the first crafts I learned...and I couldn't get enough. I still have some finished projects in my home...oh the sweet memories they bring back!
Your layout is so eye catching with the two tones of yellow-orange! I love the color scheme and it's well laid out.
I'm purging lately and came across my unfinished latch hook rug from when I was 12. Why did I still have that thing? Did I think I was going to finish it and use a simply designed rug of a solid gold horse on a white background? lol. Yours looks much more interesting and it sounds like you got lots more enjoyment out of making them!

Ah yes latchhook! I remember having a rug made by a favorite neighbor, and I had a couple of latchhook kits that I completed as a kid. That was so much fun! Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Good luck in this week's Survivor Challenge!
Great take on the challenge, never heard of the latch hook, I'll google it. Beautiful layering and composition, love how you used the lace, ribbons, alphas and butterfly super work!! beautifully scrapped, good luck!
Your journaling on here is great and your layout took me back. My dad loved to do latch hook pieces and this made me think about him and smile at the memory. Thank you so much for sharing.
