I have two stained glass birds that have a special meaning to me. The first is a black capped chickadee. For many years I had been involved in an EAC embroidery group. I was fortunate to be involved at the beginnings of the group and. serving in many different roles. When my term as President was finished, I was presented with this beautiful chickadee. The second is a birthday gift from my husband. In September local artisans present their art at an art festival. When we were walking through we saw this beautiful stained glass blue jay. I loved it! Bryce purchased it for me as my birthday gift. Everytime I look at it I am reminded of that day.
