The journaling tells the story. "When I am out taking my daily walk I should pay attention to the flowers and blooms around me. The first signs of spring show in the blossoms of the neighbor’s fugi apple tree and in the earliest flowers of the yearly displays of beauty. Today at church I got a more direct notice of the coming of spring… Pastor Aaron reminded us that we will lose an hour of sleep next Sunday morning. I think it’s a small price to pay for the return of spring!"
