I used 9 different papers on this layout, a different one for each of the shapes as well as the background.

Creation Details: Based on a 4 photo sketch.  I found an easy way to create the rectangles with 2 rounded corners in Affinity. Using the rounded rectangle tool, after drawing out your rectangle which will have all 4 corners rounded, go to the top tool bar and look for the option, “single radius” which has a check mark in it.  Uncheck it and then you will see tool bar options to change the radius individually of all 4 corners.  From there you can use the drop down arrow on the preferred corners and change the option to “none”.  
For the Title, I used a font which I rasterized and then clipped the off white paper to it.
