Journaling: Isaac celebrated his birthday during a camp trip adventure. We were staying at Mancos State Park in Colorado. Day trip adventures included visits to Mesa Verde National Park, Ship Rock in New Mexico and Four Corners National Monument. He wasn’t able to celebrate with his preferred birthday “cake” - cheese cake but all the kids and adults enjoyed angel food cake topped with strawberries and whipped cream.
