Robert was t-boned on his way to work and had to be cut out of his car. He has 7 fractured vertebrae in his back and had to have 2 vertebrae in his neck replaced because they were shattered. Basically, it was an internal decapitation, with only his neck muscles holding his head to his body. It’s a true miracle that he didn’t die,and we are thankful that he didn’t. He should be wearing his back brace as well as his neck brace but he hadn’t put it on yet this morning.
