Crap! Litterally. What a MESS. I agree with Becky above in saying that you did a marvelous job of documenting this event...the pics are excellent visuals of the problem and YES...we all know something like this can happen...and wouldn't wish it on anyone. Hope cleanup is quick and everything back to normal.
