Our parents had 6 girls and we have always been known as the "Baier Girls". After we had been grown adults and on our own for many years, one of my sisters decided we needed to get together just us and parents, none of our kids. She started having a party around Christmas and we exchanged gifts. Several of us did traditional scrapbooking. We would pick a theme for our party and those of us who scrapbook made scrapbook pages to use for our albums.
In 2008 our theme was snowmen. I decided to make us all into live snowmen. I knitted toboggans and mittens along with making a snowman apron. That year even the toilet paper had snowmen on. We always have so much fun at our party. It gives us a chance to spend time together and catch up at least once a year!
