The photo is from Pixabay. I started with a template from “Little Bit Arty” by Scrapbookcrazy Creations by Robyn. Everything else is from “Point Break” (with some blending & re-coloring of flowers) also by Scrapbookcrazy. I did use a style from “Stylin’ 109 – Flair & Gloss” by Mommyish on the surf board & a string style from “String Photoshop Styles” by Snickerdoodle Designs (AKA Karen Schulz Designs a non-Studio Designer) on the ribbon in the template.
