Good for you! Great journaling! I also have sleep apnea. I didn't do very well with the Bi-pap though. I use a C-Pap instead. Tried the bi-pap, and asked back for my old machine! LOL You'll feel so much better once you start on the apnea treatment. I could hardly stay awake before I had mine treated. So good luck! Wonderful you made this layout as a reminder of your "Me Time". Great paper layering. Well done!!
