Journaling: My favorite scarecrow this year was created by “Valerie’s Loft” a consignment shop on Main Street. Their lady, sporting some of the clothing that can be found at the shop (check out those cute, red, strappy sandals), proclaimed she was “dressed to the 9’s for the good life in Alachua.” I loved the “Maxine” bottle caps for her eyes.
