Ohhh Elizabeth!  I am just devastated to hear this news. Heart wrenching for all of you, I am sooo sorry🥲, I cannot imagine the grief you must be feeling. Hold this precious little man close and make lots of memories. You already have lovely scrapbook pages to honour his life. This one is precious.  Big hugs. 

oh dear! I am so so sorry to hear this news. What a beautiful idea to celebrate that milestone birthday he'll never have. I hope he is not realizing. Or suffering too much. I cannot imagine the heartache. Big hugs to you all. 

This makes me sick to hear, I know that he has been through so much. I do hope that you can make as many memories as possible with him while you still can.

Oh sweet Elizabeth , I had so been hoping + praying that the news would not lead to this outcome. I think of you often as I do my whole GS family. I know your hearts must be shattered, but Noah & the beautiful memories you've made with and for Noah will be in your heart and art forever.
