Really cool color play in this layout. Three colors that work amazingly well - I love how you cut the top paper so the dark red could pop through. "the look" caption made me chuckle. She does have quite the look in that picture.
The cutouts and chevrons are perfect. I love the title above the paper stacking. The stars and circles are a perfect pair.
