Journaling:  This past summer I was dxd Alpha Gal Allergy which is an allergy to all mammal meats and meat products.  Since Milk, butter and marshmallows are all mammal products I didn’t think I would ever get to eat mom’s fudge again.  Low and behold while we were on a trip together in February she ordered vegan products to make me fudge!  We were worried about the taste, but it was excellent!  As a mater of fact, the whole batch was gone in about three days! Thanks Mom!
