Over The Rainbow

I followed the instructions from Wendy Tunison's Speed Scrap on 22/08 (sorta, mostly, lol).


Credits:
The background paper is a blend of a number of papers, from 'Simply Lime' (Wendy Tunison Designs), Painted Days' *re-painted (Wendy Tunison Designs) and 'Simply Turquoise' (Wendy Tunison Designs) with painty stamps from the same kits, plus I used brushes from my PaintShop Pro program.
The frames are made with paper from 'Simply Turquoise' (Wendy Tunison Designs).
